We will also have to include the southern part of Little Burstead with excursions into Great Burstead to tell the full story.

Laindon may have lost most of the buildings that formed the commercial and social heart of our community, but this Social History Website is proving that the community spirit is still alive, even though some of its older members are spread across the world.

Please assist us to revive the community spirit for the benefit of all. Tell your friends and relations that we can only do this with your assistance.
