Nineteen people attended the last Memory Day of the year. The lively gathering chatted away happily while enjoying tea/coffee accompanied by biscuits and cakes. The early festive atmosphere was further added to when a tin of chocolates was placed on the table.
The main attraction of the meeting was the Archive’s new calendar for 2016. Sales have got off to a very good start and as the calendar makes an ideal Christmas present, no doubt a few will be found beneath the tree in a few households on Christmas morning.

I saw Jessie Hernandez at this last meeting; she was engrossed in conversations with Patsy and others – I have just had an email from Ken Page in Australia and he was asking after Jessie.
