The face of our community may be changing and we may have lost most of the buildings that formed the commercial and social heart of Laindon, but the community spirit is still there as the pages of this website show. Help revive that sprit and show the present generation what they are missing. 

Tell your children relations and friends that their memories and views are important if we are to rebuild and expand the community spirit that is so important to keep a community alive.
