The date is unknown but the group is thought to have been The Popular School of Dancing which was run by Jean Taylor at The Memorial Hall, Laindon. Doris (née Ash) is the tall dark girl (with legs!) in the centre and Valerie Chisman was the blonde girl standing with her in the white dress. Can you name any of the others on the stage?
