Picture of the Laindon Cricket Club Team from 1963 I believe, judging by the Basildon Carnival Queen’s sash. The man to the Carnival Queen’s immediate right is my uncle Sid Rose. Can anyone else help me out with the other names ?

To the left of (and behind) the chap in the cap holding the cup, is Ray Farmer, son of Sid Farmer taxis. Possibly it is Tony Williams on the far left. Possibly! Next to him? Can that be Alec Nuth whose father ran ran the Regal Club in Pound Lane? Somewhere, I assume, Is Bill Diment but where I know not.

I think that’s Peter Lucas fourth from the right at the back.
