The church seen from the car park of Dunton Nature Reserve at the bottom of Third Avenue. This is a view that would have been very familiar to the community living in the area that became known as Plotlands. The church is now a private residence.

Just in front of the church among the trees to the left of the church the roof and upper floor of Dunton Hall is just visible. The high voltage cable visible, crossing the spire, only arrived on the scene just before the London Tilbury and Southend LTS line was electrified.

The pylons in the background came with the Fords Dunton Research Centre.
