Hi Helen. These walks are a very good idea they give people a good insight as to where old roads and buildings once stood (but sadly long gone). A lot of work has gone into putting together the walk for the Laindon Park Conservation and we hope we have got it right as this is a very interesting area. There will be a booklet with the seventeen points of interest on route and a map. Just a word of warning if you are thinking of coming along, strong boots will be required as the ground hasn’t had time to dry out.
These walks sound great. I am really looking forward to them.
