After nearly two years break due to the Covid Pandemic we held a very successful Memory Day at Laindon Library on Saturday 25th September. Over twenty people attended and it was great to see so many old friends but also a few new faces. A pleasant morning was had going over old times and looking and looking at the photographs on display. Refreshments were served half way through the morning.
The next of these very popular Laindon Archive meetings will be held on the Saturday 30th October at the Library from 10am to 12 Noon. New visitors are always welcome and any memories, stories and photos you can bring along would be much appreciated or just come along for a chat.
