Bob we will get there, you thought Graham is the missing name, you prompt me into surname Swanson or Simpson.
Terry Morgan is correct.
Terry M features in a Laindon Cricket Club photograph on this site and is named as Terry Morgan. I remember now the unknown player was a reporter, the name Graham keeps coming to mind.

Back row is John Astle and Terry M? will have to contact my brother again but the unknown name is still unknown although he was an outsider from Battlesbridge who worked as a reporter for the Evening Echo.
