I’m 22, Josie Hunt and my partner was always Keith Moore, who I always fancied! Wow thanks for the pic! We had to make our skirts in needle work class!

I think No. 23 is Sylvia Smith, Avril Smith’s cousin, also I agree that No. 18 is Jessie Hernandez.
Having lived many years next door to his family I have to say that no. 8 looks suspiciously like George Bailey ?

Jean Byron, your sister, Pat Davies (my Aunt, although only 11 months older than me) and myself were quite friendly in our teens, in fact all of us went off on holiday on our own in 1957 to Torquay in Devon. We were four young fun loving free spirited Laindon girls off on our first big adventure alone. We hired a 4 birth caravan in Devon and had a great time such was the way of young Laindoners at the time.

No 23 probably Jean (Jeanie) Byron, the family lived in Sandringham Rd in 2 storey house. Others in the family were Ernie, Janice, Ann, Johnny plus a couple more I think.
Their grandad ran the Byrons Store at the top of Windsor Hill.
Hy Patsy, lovely photograph, I think 19 is Christine Honess, 20 Christine Boniface, 25 could be Jeanette Elliot? Doesn’t Josie Hunt look cute, very Doris Day like? In fact what a bright, clean, fresh faced lot they are, wonder what they look like now???
No.20 Janet Bonnieface or one of the Bonnieface sisters, No.3 Is that Johnny Roe peeping behind there, No.16 Julie Newson.
Ian could you ask Pat if 23 could be Jennie Byron.
I am pretty sure that 18 is Jessie Hernandez and not Arnez, she was in my class at school.
