Dry Street Victorian Post Box - Where is it?

Some of you may remember that there used to be a Victorian Post Box in a pillar outside the General Store/Post Office in Dry Street.   Following the closure of the store back in the mid-1970s,  it was obtained by the Langdon Hills and District Conservation Society (now ceased) and had been languishing in the garden of Geoff Williams, Councillor,  who lived in Dry Street.  He gave it to the Basildon Borough Heritage Society (BBHS) when he moved from the area a few years ago.  Following a recent grant from the Veolia Maintenance Trust, the Post Box has now been refurbished and re-sited in a pillar at Wat Tyler Park near the various cottages and barns, but note it is non-operational.
