Does the house called Banchory in Dry Street still exist?

My grandmother was Ellen Lee (nee Duggan) who in the 1950 at least, lived at Banchory in Dry Street.
I don’t know her husband’s name or his family history.
My father was Phillip Lee. He had a brother Tony and sister Pat.

There was a Cedric Lee in my class at Langdon Hills or Laindon High Road, or both, I cannot remember for sure. That would have been 1939 through 1947. There may be no relationship.

Edgar Clement Lee was born in Soho, London in 1883. He married Beatrice Marion Porter in West Ham 1912. (Their son, Edward Bernard Lee was born in 1913 – baptised in Leyton, Essex). The 1929 Electoral Register shows them living at ‘Oakdene’ St David’s Road, Langdon Hills (Edgar was a Fruitier), presumably they moved to Nightingale Avenue soon after. Their son, (an Aircraft fitter), married Ethel E Lee in Orsett, Essex in 1937. By 1939, they were living in Wembley, Middx. Edgar Clement Lee died at Barking Station 1st January 1934.
