New Book Release on Laindon
After several months of researching the newspapers and other documents and books at the Basildon Heritage Centre, Wat Tyler Park, volunteer David Bourner has had the following book published – ‘THE RISE AND FALL OF LAINDON HIGH ROAD’. If you would like a copy, please call on Laindon Library on the last Saturday of every month during our tea/coffee memory morning 10am – 12 noon. Or collect from our office at the Green Centre, Wat Tyler Park for £10 plus £2 if we have to post. If you would like for us to post please leave a comment.
